Responsibilities :
- Develop and execute the global sales and marketing strategy for SourceTrace solutions for superior topline performance
- Lead business development team members spread across the globe
- Recruit, hire, train and coach qualified business development managers and support staff for superior results and highest customer satisfaction
- Prospect for both new customer and existing base relationship for new revenue opportunities
- Develop and execute sales processes, focusing on closing high-value enterprise leads
- Manage customer relationship with senior leaders for large enterprises and ensure highest levels of customer satisfaction
- Ability to prioritize opportunities and apply appropriate resources, participating in the planning and development of strategic and high-value initiatives
- Take leadership role in pricing, risk identification and management, and competitive assessment areas
- Writing business proposals, drafting and reviewing contracts
- Foster teamwork and promote integration across teams and with remote offices
- Ensure clean hand-off from pre-sales to appropriate solution delivery resources
- Work within SourceTrace guidelines to negotiate appropriate pricing, service level and legal terms with customers
- Track and analyze sales related activities and identify potential issues and opportunities
- Foster and develop increased awareness of SourceTrace within professional and personal networking groups
Desired Skills & Experience :
- 10-12 years of experience in technology/software industry with at least 8 years of sales and marketing experience
- Demonstrated track record of selling enterprise - class software/technology solutions to small, medium and large enterprises
- Proven track record of building relationships with c-level executives
- Experience in Digital Marketing and Outbound Marketing is preferred
- Experience with all aspects of enterprise software sales cycle; from prospecting to contract signing and production roll - out of complex software projects
- Experience working with teams and customers spread over different time zones
- Experience selling to large agriculture and / or financial services enterprises is desirable
- Familiarity with the business transactions related to agriculture
- Experience with mobile technologies is preferred
- A strong team player
- Ability to work with global customers
- Self-driven and strong desire working with start-ups
- Excellent written and spoken English is a must
