- His or her education should done on NIFT & ICWA from a recognized university.

- His or age should be below 39 years

Education :

- PG from NIFT/PEARL in merchandising [product management or MBA/Advance degree in business management

Experience - 10-15 Years

Job specific Comments: Roles & Responsibilities:

- Develop Business strategies & create business plan

- Generate and implement efficient sourcing & category Management strategies for Indo- western

- Determine quantity and timing of deliveries

- Discover and partner with trustworthy vendors and suppliers

- Track and map competitor activities, market trends, forecasts and customer buying behavior.

- Transparent communication/information & alignment with stakeholders

- Resolve problems that arise during and after the development of the collection

- Responsible to deliver Promise/Aligned Profit

Skills :

- Good Interdepartmental co-ordination & direction to sub-ordinates

- Good negotiation skills

- Eye on profitability & Inventory Management

- Ability to scale up the business
