Senior Manager - Head of Business Continuity

Designation : Senior Manager (Head of Business Continuity)

Location : Bangalore

Company Brief : A Global leader in Financial Services with services portfolio including investment management, retirement planning, brokerage, benefits outsourcing and much more.

Key Roles & Responsibilities :

- Set the strategic direction of the continuity program

- Work closely with the company's US - Business Continuity and US BCPs to ensure alignment on key priorities, strategic initiatives, and global standards

- Ensure continuity and Disaster Recovery (DR) programs are aligned and contributing to business resiliency

- Facilitate the process for managers to rate the criticality of their functions

- Work with key stakeholders to complete threat assessments for Bangalore and Chennai offices

- Assist leaders with designing and executing tests of their continuity plans

- Collect information during a continuity event and work with the business to direct operations according to continuity plans

- Design reliable and comprehensive reporting that depicts the health of the continuity program

- Manage an approximately 3-4 member team to include hiring, development, and performance management

- Develop and manage the annual continuity budget

Qualification Requirements :

- Bachelor's degree

- 13-15 years with relevant business experience

- Experience with managing a business continuity program

- Proven program and project management experience

- Experience in leading teams in a complex operating environment

- Ability to effectively interface and collaborate with onshore and offshore senior management

- Ability to synthesize complex information and prepare concise, compelling presentations

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills

- Demonstrated ability to work across multiple functions and levels

- High energy and motivation to achieve results and drive change; strong on execution
