Role Summary Primary responsibilities/Job description Roles and Responsibilities: - Solutions Engineering: Activities include high level and detailed design of branch banking solutions. Also, responsible for providing technical leadership and specialist skills during implementation. - Industry Engagement: The BAT team takes a leadership role on behalf of the business in engaging with appropriate industry organizations with a view to gather relevant information and to showcase our strengths, at relevant opportunities - Updation and maintenance of branch/GL and other masters across applications (CBS/SFDC/FOS/DMS/LMS) - Product parameters definition and modifications across applications - Authorizing and validating modifications in system parameters - Impact analysis for proposed changes/modifications in system parameters. - User acceptance testing Requirements: - Good communication skills - CBS & SFDC experience required - Must have SFDC & banking experience
