Head - Business Analytics - BFSI

Role :

- Partner with Key Business functions and provide them strategic & analytical inputs to help identify business opportunities as well as areas for operational / efficiency improvement.

- Partner with Sales Leadership for Sales Forecast modeling and variance analysis; Identify opportunities for Cross Sell; Agent Productivity; New business development.

- Define best practices and solutions related to data science

- Embed predictive intelligence in functional processes

- Raise the bar in strategic decision making through data driven decisions

- Demonstrate ROI and impact of analytical models delivered

- Liaison with Partners & distributors and implement analytics

Desired Profile :

- Post Graduate with 10-12 years with 7+ years of analytical domain experience

- Exposure to BFSI industry & Shared Services set up, KPO, IT companies serving BFSI clients.

- SAS, R, Python and other Business analytical tools knowledge
