Head - Business Analyst - BFSI

- Understand the business needs and develop process workflows

- Document key risk areas and develop plans to mitigate

- Providing ad-hoc analysis to facilitate management decision making

- Deliver all operations reports to management in a timely and accurate manner

- Work as liaison among business units

- Providing analytical support to all departments

- Must be able to work independently and enjoy working at a fast paced environment

- Responsible for financial analysis, gap analysis etc

- Responsible for root-cause analysis of the business problems

- Responsible for highlighting grey spots of the business

- Developing systems and procedures for the organisation

Qualification

- Qualified CA/ICWA

- MBA preferable

PREFERRED FROM Private Equity Firms

- Willing to travel Extensively

- Good interpersonal Skills

- Good team player

- Excellent analytical and conceptual skills
