This role will manage the reporting and marketing analytics requirements arising from RFS business.
Own customer analytics that includes campaign strategy, sales efficiency and effectiveness, customer lifetime value and other acquisition strategies, digital and web analytics, and other analytics relating to acquisition and retention of customers.
Understand key drivers and help the risk function reach the targets through delivery of reports & analytical solutions.
Engage with internal stakeholders to understand the business areas that require analytical and reporting support. Represent the BI & Analytics function at various meetings
In addition, the role will also manage the Zonal BI SPOCs and manage delivery of reports and adhoc analysis at zonal and regional level.
The role will involve managing a team of 2-3 members directly and 8+ members via a matrix structure.
There is also a need to engage with external consultants to drive projects.
