Head - Business Administration - Manufacturing

- Support business decisions assuring that they are aligned with the strategy and the budget of the company to achieve our targets, monetary (Tech Centre ebit, ratio,.....) and non monetary (factory key figures)

- Assure the Compliance with law and company guidelines related to Financial and Taxes to avoid any legal risk

- Define robust processes, policies and procedures that support the organization to make business decisions, and reduce the its risk to achieve our targets

- Identify areas to control costs and to improve performance, policies and programs

- Assure the best manpower (direct and indirect workforce) to assure the operations in the technology centre and ensure that recruiting processes are consistent and streamlined.

- Direct and oversee an technology centre financial and budgetary activities

- Analyze financial statements, reports and other performance indicators

- Supply the necessary IT infrastructure to optimized our processes

- Assuring that the business decisions are according to the company strategy and budget to achieve our targets

- To identify risks and opportunities; and define and implement corrective measures to achieve our targets

- Oversee administrative functions as well as facilities to ensure efficient and consistent operations as the organization scales.
