Key Accountabilities :
- Understanding the company offering with the ability to speak to opportunities and benefits with authority
- Identifying and soliciting new business to meet defined targets and grow the account base
- Developing relationships with prospective clients and an understanding of their businesses and unique situations and challenges
- Prospecting with cold calling, networking and research
- Developing persuasive proposals in response to client needs and opportunities
- Providing regular updates to direct reports
- 100% accountability for meeting and exceeding established sales targets
- Selling a multi-platform portfolio (PR Social Media, online ads, social media add ons and specialty digital products, experiences)
- Identify new local and regional client opportunities
- Collaborate regularly with the agency directors to develop innovative digital marketing solutions
- Create sales proposals and make presentations to clients
- Should be a creative thinker, strategic seller and effective communicator
- Stay current with shifting digital trend
Qualifications & Experience :
- Strong entrepreneurship to initiate and develop business independently
- Proven and consistent track record of executing against an aggressive growth strategy and delivering sales revenue in excess of company expectations
- Deep knowledge of online marketing business, including SEM, SEO, Display Ads, Mobile Ads and relevant technologies and major tools in the market
- Strong Emotional Intelligence (EQ) - understands cultural sensitivities and developing high quality relationships
- Excellent communication skills to influence, develop, and empower clients at varying levels to achieve business goals
- Creative, responsible, self-motivated, detail-oriented and self-disciplined
- Strong Cold Calling, follow-up skills, and lead generation skills
- Ability to multitask and handle pressures, deadlines and targets
- Excellent relationships building, communication, and written skills essential
- Problem-solving ability and skill prioritizing
- Requires at least 8 plus years of experience in media sales, agency account management, or in a related field with a high volume of sales revenue
- Strong knowledge of Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and contact management software
