Operations Head

We need a Senior level person in the Operations Department, below are the details for the same:

Roles and Responsibilities:

- Brokerage operations provide oversight of middle office services including reconciliation, cash processing, corporate action processing and direction for transaction posting; serve as escalation point for middle office.

- Work with Operations business units to monitor, assess and streamline processes in order to mitigate risk or control issues and generate efficiencies

- The role may not involve direct client interactions but is a key component of superior client service delivery

- Ensure timely identification, escalation and remediation of key risk items

- Responsibility for management of certain Internal & External reconciliations in place to support the Prime Brokerage & Arbitrage businesses

- Establish excellent working relationships with multiple areas across the Firm including our business partners, technology and other operation departments

- Work closely with Technology to identify/resolve system issues, and work to implement system enhancements to increase efficiency in current processes

- Continual process analysis to improve control, scalability and efficiency

Experience range - more then 10-15 year
