Position: Head Brand Building

Job Location- Kolkata

Qualification : MBA marketing with minimum 10 years' experience in Building and managing B2C brands successfully at a mid-level leadership role in a reputed organization [preferably automobile OEM]

Role: To lead a team & manage complete Marketing Communication functions of the organization.

Key Result Areas:

- Brand & communication Strategy Formulation - what would the brand stand for. Execution of the Strategy end to end.

- Creating Brand Architecture (positioning and binding different categories of product solution in one thread).

- Finding out consumer mind space and effective brand positioning.

- Market research to validate assumptions.

- Agency [Ad, PR etc.] onboarding and handling and Content Creation

- Media Planning

- ROI & RBA

- ATL, BTL to drive Footfall, Inquiry

- Lead Generation

- Retail Experience

- Conversion of Leads

- Building End Users' Community

- Planning and executing Customer Engagement Activities

- Market Trend Analysis

- Competition Info Tracking
