Objectives :
Creating a brand plan ensuring all aspects of the product, creative/communications and marketing activities align to deliver increased brand awareness and brand traffic.
Role :
- Creation and compilation of the annual Marketing Plan and Budget, aligning marketing activities in Performance, Social and CRM
- Be responsible for the development and growth of brand related traffic through both digital and traditional media such as TV, OOH, print and radio
- Analyse and input into all brand creatives, messaging and ensure overall effectiveness, highlighting areas requiring corrective action with relevance and effectiveness as the core objective.
- Guiding brand message that results in increased sales, brand loyalty and improving market share on all communications, taking complete responsibility to deliver brand traffic based on company targets
- Taking responsibility to bring together product, creative and marketing activities to ensure commercial goals are met.
- Seek out new marketing opportunities that fit with the brand and maximising all opportunities for growth.
Skills & Competency required:
- Excellent communication, presentation and co-ordination skills
- Strong budgeting and planning
- Excellent communication and presentation skills,
- Analytical ability,
- Digitally savvy and has a strong fashion eye
The Successful Applicant
- Qualification - Post Graduate in Sales / Marketing from premium campuses in India or abroad.
- Experience of minimum 14+ years in brand management. Must demonstrate outstanding marketing communication and media skills.
