Roles and Responsibilities :
- Define customer perception for the brand.
- Ensure consistent messaging across multiple channels owned, co-owned or rented
- Create the core brand thought along with key stakeholders to position as a category leader.
- Responsible to keep the website communication in tune with the positioning.
- Create thought leadership campaigns and content to build a strong b2b brand.
- Work closely with the designers and developers to roll out webpages and campaigns
- Responsible for masterstroke content and videos to enhance the brand presence and brand salience
- Collaborate and work closely with Product marketing, demand generation and inbound team members
- Responsible for designing and developing all marketing collaterals for online and offline properties
- Ensure all marketing communications are in line with the business & brand guidelines
- Experiment / run A/B tests to measure the impact and relevance of the communication.
- Improve conversion % on the website by optimizing at the page level
- Measure and report the success of the brand campaigns supported by relevant metrics
