Job Description :

- Develop the marketing calendar for various brand initiatives and work towards execution and implementation of the same

- Develop a strong brand positioning via various year long campaigns & associations.

- Implementing a consistent brand strategy across all geographies, customised to local flavor/calendar.

- Lead the marketing initiatives in all 8 cities where the brand is present. Every city has a local marketing SPOC who would report to the Brand Head.

- Drive innovation and bring in new communication ideas on the basis consumer insights and business imperatives.

- Create cutting edge marketing communication across digital, Radio, Social, TV & OOH media

- Lead the performance marketing for all digital initiatives for the brand with a team of 2 core managers

- Collaborate with external and internal stakeholders to create and execute various marketing initiatives

- Stage marketing interventions to impact business metrics

- Relevant work experience of heading the marketing for brands and managing the communication and brand strategy. Preferably with a core marketing background or advertising agency

- Has exposure to the creative development process, including content and campaign creation and execution

- Needs to have exposure to media planning, Digital planning etc.

- Having strong creative bent of mind, with an ability to generate ideas to drive brand visibility

- Has an analytical bent of mind and is able to decipher data

- Cross-functional team management skills to liaison with both external agencies and internal Stakeholders

- Comes with industry contacts and publisher connections has worked with vendors across domains

- Experience of working in unstructured environment, entrepreneurial in nature

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills

- Self-motivated, aggressive, open to learning with an extremely positive attitude

About Company :

This position is for the marketing head for XYZ. The resource will be responsible for driving all the marketing initiatives for XYZ and lead a team of almost 20 people (regional marketing SPOCS, creative, social media & digital growth teams)
