Strategy :

- Develop and execute a holistic marketing and communication strategy aligned with the company's goals and values.

- Identify opportunities for market growth and brand expansion

- Refine Brand Key to establish distinct Brand Identity, Personality, Reason-To-Believe

- Develop Brand Guidelines, Style Guides, Brand Tone, Language, Communication templates

- Craft consumer persona & segments based on target markets, consumer insights, surveys

- Lead market research & competition analysis to carve-out a strong brand differentiation

- Conduct brand track survey and drive branding initiatives to increase TOM & SPON

Execution:

- Lead efforts to establish and maintain a strong brand presence in the market.

- Manage relationships with media outlets and influencers

- Develop and execute public relations strategies to enhance the company's reputation.

- Supervise the creation of compelling and informative content across various channels, including websites, blogs, and social media.

- Act as a 'Brand Custodian' to maintain brand consistency across all consumer facing touchpoints like website, ecommerce marketplaces, social media handles, email, sms, consumer support and all marketing & promotion collaterals

- Guide creative & communication team of visualizers, designers, video director, copywriters, scriptwriters and packaging to sharpen communication of product features & benefits

- Ideate & execute brand awareness campaigns, PR activities and media engagement

Candidature requirements:

- 10+ years experience with leading Agencies, D2C eCommerce, FMCG companies

- Proven track record in consumers focused brand building using Brand Key

- Hands-on experience with fundamentals of brand management, marketing strategy, communication planning and consumer insights

- Experience with D2C/E-comm brands will be an added advantage

- Balance between the right brain (creativity) and left brain (analytical) with strong team player qualities and managerial capabilities
