a. Be the owner of the overall Brand Vision & Communication objectives of the organization
b. Create & implement the long-term communication strategy for the organization as well as short term tactical communication campaigns
c. Closely work with advertising agencies to create engaging communication themes & creatives for all business lines & product launches
d. Create high quality communication briefs - Identify the market gap being addressed, mention how it is being addressed & define overall communication direction
e. Work with Media & Outdoor agencies to create the right media mix for offline communication (ATL & BTL) with a focus on lead generation & conversion.
f. Liaise with the Digital Marketing lead to create adaptations of communication for online marketing & ensure consistency in communication across all online & offline media
g. Create yearly, quarterly & monthly operating plans with marketing budgets across media channels & expected conversions
h. Track business performance against operating plans. Create & implement bridge plans to ensure overall business objectives are met.
i. Focus on implementing measurable marketing strategies, analyze cost per lead & cost per conversion for each medium & each campaign. Suggest strategies to maximize conversions within the allocated marketing budgets.
j. Be up to date with product developments & communication strategies being adopted by competition, do comparative analyses & suggest industry best practices that can be adopted
k. Conduct existing customer surveys to measure customer satisfaction, identify areas of improvement & suggest strategies of revenue enhancement from the base
