Key responsibilities:

- Build and grow the category through effective brand marketing and positioning

- Drive Awareness & Brand Consideration for the two brands: toothsi & skinnsi

- Oversee Brand positioning, Brand architecture, Customer Personas, Customer Insights, Product, Channel Ownership

- Lead Brand Marketing Communications and PR activities

- Lead product marketing strategy and implementation for the activation of new products

- Manage customer insights, and customer segmentation strategy, targeting the right audience with the right message, at the right place and time

- Manage agency selection and relationships with vendors

- Hire and develop a team of talented brand managers

- Track and report ROAS and results of all earned marketing channels/campaigns

- Proven experience in enabling a fast-growing organization with the information and insights needed to execute effectively and efficiently.

Requirement:

- The ideal candidates of this role is to promote and grow the brand through integrated marketing strategies.


- Apart from leading a team or marketers, the candidate will also work closely with various departments - Sales, Technology, Post Sales, Customer Support in formulation and delivery of both the offline and online brand marketing elements/strategies. These elements are inclusive but not limited to brand design, partnership marketing, content, public relations, and advertising.

A suitable candidate will not only be skilled in digital branding marketing approaches but also traditional/offline approaches such as print.

Ideal candidates:

- Be qualified in Marketing and have related experience in Marketing, PR and Communications.

- The ability to manage and allocate budgets.

- Highly experienced brand marketer & track record of developing campaigns that have delivered real business growth

- Comfortable with all areas of the marketing mix including creative strategy, media planning and buying, research, brand strategy, sponsorship strategy, digital marketing

- Strong leadership skills.
