Urgently hiring for the role of Head Brand Marketing & Communication

MBA Preferred

Main Responsibilities, Authorities & Accountabilities Requirements, Skills & Competencies:

Requirements:

- Education - Post Graduate/ Graduate from tier-1 colleges. MBA preferred.

- 15+ years in brand management and marketing communication.

- Have an innovative and disruptive mindset, with business centric problem solving approach

- Experience in leading marketing comm team

Skills:

- Hypothesis led-problem solving skills, and high market-level business awareness.

- High market visits & regular interaction with all stakeholders Decisions to be taken to Manager.

- Annual, monthly initiatives planning & prioritization.

- Spends budget for the full year.

- Team ramp-up/ changes through the year.

Accountabilities, Responsibilities, Authorities:

Brand Strategy & Communication:

- Defining brand positioning and ATL communication strategy in co-ordination with BU sales and Product team

- Conducting regular brand track, drive initiative to improve marketing funnel metrics - awareness, consideration, conversion and loyalty

- Ownership of brand properties (creatives, collaterals) in line with brand objectives, liaising with agencies

- Marketing initiatives ROI improvement; in line with benchmarks

- Co-own annual marketing budget along with respective BU heads

- Brand proposition and comms strategy basis discussions with BU and Product Heads

- Defining guardrails around marketing communication

Digital Marketing:

- Creation of end-to-end digital marketing strategy for the company, budget allocation and choice of properties in line with company objectives

- Execution of digital campaigns on off-platform channels,

- ROI tracking and improvement in line with benchmarks, liasing with agencies on running the campaigns

- Ownership of online content creation and brand properties

- Defining digital marketing budget in coordination with B2C and B2B

- Authority on budget allocation and choice of properties for digital marketing (except e-Commerce)

PR, Media and Market Research:

- Ownership of all the PR, events, magazines comms

- Designing and conducting market research through informed decisions based on brand objectives

- Ownership of media buying and spot selection and liaise with media agencies

- Media buying and spot selection

- Owning PR, Events comms

- Conducting market research and design based on brand objectives

Team & Stakeholder Management:

- Work in close coordination with BU and Product Heads across businesses

- Defining and building the Brand marketing and comms function organization structure

- Retain and attract top talent, managing and assessing team

- Build processes and systems to enhance ways of working

- Org structure design

- Sign-off on manpower number

- Co-own processes for interaction with business

- Team assessment
