- 15+ years in brand management and marketing communication.

Accountabilities, Responsibilities, Authorities:Brand Strategy & Communication:- Defining brand positioning and ATL communication strategy in co-ordination with BU sales and Product team
- Conducting regular brand track, drive initiative to improve marketing funnel metrics - awareness, consideration, conversion and loyalty
- Ownership of brand properties (creatives, collaterals) in line with brand objectives, liaising with agencies
- Marketing initiatives ROI improvement; in line with benchmarks
- Co-own annual marketing budget along with respective BU heads
- Brand proposition and comms strategy basis discussions with BU and Product Heads
- Defining guardrails around marketing communication
Digital Marketing:- Creation of end-to-end digital marketing strategy for the company, budget allocation and choice of properties in line with company objectives
- Execution of digital campaigns on off-platform channels,
- ROI tracking and improvement in line with benchmarks, liasing with agencies on running the campaigns
- Ownership of online content creation and brand properties
- Defining digital marketing budget in coordination with B2C and B2B
- Authority on budget allocation and choice of properties for digital marketing (except e-Commerce)
PR, Media and Market Research:- Ownership of all the PR, events, magazines comms
- Designing and conducting market research through informed decisions based on brand objectives
- Ownership of media buying and spot selection and liaise with media agencies

Team & Stakeholder Management:- Work in close coordination with BU and Product Heads across businesses
