Head - Brand & Marketing Communications - Consumer Durable (14-22 yrs)

We do have a job opportunity with one of the leading consumer durable organization for the profile of "Head - Brand & Marcom" based at Delhi Ncr.

Purpose for this role:

This position heads Brand & Marcom planning for the organization WITH THE OBJECTIVE of enhancing the company's presence through content creation, building awareness, and promoting the respective content across consumer touchpoints IN ORDER TO enhance market share, brand visibility & recognition IN ALIGNMENT WITH overall annual business plan, organizational priorities, and brand guidelines.

Brand Strategy:

- Develop and implement a comprehensive brand strategy aligned with the company's objectives and values in collaboration with all product heads. Ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints and channels in alignment with global brand guidelines.

- Participate in the company budgeting cycle & process and provide inputs on budget allocation for the brand and marcom function

- Oversee deployment of own budget and ensure efficient utilization and minimum variance in target v/s actual

- Create brand guidelines for locally developed products (including Brand Name, Logo, Tagline and Styling elements)

Media Planning :


- Negotiate with publishing & media houses in order to finalize commercials and contract terms

- Brief media agencies on organizational priorities and direction to co create a comprehensive media plan across physical and digital channels; Present media plan to management for final sign-off and approval

- Develop a content calendar; Ensure adherence to delivery timelines. Monitor & control the downstream team's deliverables for the various milestones

- Oversee the creation of Media performance reports for respective stakeholders

- Drive governance across all Marcomm activities including education of agencies on specific brand elements as part of onboarding for the Org.

Digital Presence :


Digital Strategy:

- Devise & implement a roadmap for Digital Marketing with the objective of maximizing brand awareness, affinity and engagement through appropriate media mix for achieving an expansive footprint and reach

- Implement robust analytics tools to track and measure the effectiveness of digital marketing initiatives. Develop regular reports and dashboards that provide key stakeholders with actionable insights on campaign performance, audience engagement, conversion rates, and ROI

Social Media:

- Develop ways to grow and sustain social presence on existing and new social and digital platforms to increase discoverability and traction with customers / consumers, driving inorganic and organic reach

Influencer Strategy:

- In collaboration with the downstream team, drive the identification of relevant influencers to amplify brand messaging and reach a wider audience

- Manage commercial negotiations / contracts as well as briefings for Influencers and mediate in cases of escalations / crisis

ORM(Online Reputation Management) :


- Monitor & track delivery of responses on pre-determined TAT

- Manage internal escalations in collaboration with any functional heads

- Oversee the monitoring of Connect Insight tool for Org

- Ensure that ORM Reports are shared with respective stakeholders

- Develop a comprehensive crisis management strategy specifically for online reputation issues. Prepare protocols, establish communication channels, and provide guidance for handling negative situation
