Key Result Areas :

Custodian of the Brand

- Manage the brand to ensure consistent communication of the organisation's mission and values across all channels and will ensure that the integrity of the brand is maintained and promoted at all times

- Develop a stakeholder engagement strategy to maximise relationships with clients, investors, partners and intermediaries

- Leading on the development and maintenance of website content and digital marketing and social media channels, including continuous improvements in search engine optimisation (SEO).

Communication & Media Outreach :

- Conceptualizing, planning, profiling, implementing and monitoring external communication plan.

- Identifying and converting opportunities to position the company and its top management as thought leaders through speakership in leading industry platforms and participation in relevant events in India and Middle East

- Handling external communication and PR for Founders

- Media engagement for feature stories, responding to queries and related coordination

The person will direct internal communications as well and work closely with HR to develop the Employee Value Proposition & the Employer brand

Team Management :

Person Profile :

- At least 10 years experience in handling a Consulting / Services companies Brand, Media & Communication

- We need who can not only create a strategy but roll up their sleeves and manage its implementation on a day to day basis

- Experience in Media & PR is essential , apart from Brand and Marketing

- Exceptional experience in both below and above the line marketing

- Native to Social Media and Digital Marketing
