This is the senior most position in the Admissions and brand management team of a growing and progressive school in Hyderabad. This role is responsible for building the brand, creating favourable perceptions amongst its stakeholders and positioning the school as an institute of choice for progressive education of children. This role will also play a critical role in enabling capacity expansion and utilization through enrolment of students. Brand building - Provide strategic direction in building brand, articulating brand persona, promise and values consistent with the vision. - Leverage multi-source media channels to create a favorable perception and sustain a favorable perception amongst its stakeholders. - Establish systematic processes in monitoring brad perceptions amongst key stakeholders and take proactive actions in its correction and re-positioning. - Create systematic processes around stakeholder advocacy and trigger word of mouth endorsements. Marketing and Social media management - Provide strategic leadership in defining the social media and marketing strategy. - Lead the execution of social media and marketing strategy in a systematic manner that enables creation of brand as well as leads to increased enrollments at the school. - Define multiple initiatives targeting existing parent and student community for their engagement and shaping their perceptions to become an advocate of the school. - Oversee design and execution of various collaterals (marketing and school specific) and guide the team in the most appropriate usage of the collaterals. Lead generation and enrolments - Lead the student enrollment process to support the capacity expansion and growth. Plan enrollment strategies in line with expansion plans. - Identify the target segments using social and digital marketing techniques to generate leads that result in enrollments. - Closely monitor the capacity utilization at various grades and take proactive measures to fill up capacity. Stakeholder engagement - Support the school management in periodic communication of progress, events, achievements, and success stories. - Leverage progress and generate social media engagement with the stakeholders. Ideal candidate must: 1. Come with an experience of working in educational sector / progressive schools / IB curriculum 2. Have hands on experience of conceptualizing marketing initiatives 3. engagement strategies for building the community (of parents and teachers in this case)
