Key Responsibilities:
- To laision with all the brands/OEM/ODM for support
- Maintain a healthy relationship with all OEM
- To ensure proper supply of spares from each OEM for respective devices
- To maintain failure trend data for each OEM
- Get necessary requisite support from OEM for after sales service
- Negotiate with OEM on warranty support, tri-party after sales support and EOL support
- Monitor spares level for each OEM and ensure that proper spares support is available from them
- Ensure spares readiness from each OEM prior to commercial launch of the product
- Escalate to OEM to get necessary RCA for defect as reported by Field teams
