Head - Brand & Engagement - Social Sector

Role Purpose : 

This post working closely with the senior management team to develop the brand strategy across all key areas including social media, ground outreach, PR and creative. The position will be responsible for the tone of voice for the brand.

Role & responsibilities:

- Enable the Brand and Engagement strategy development.

- Operationalizing of the Brand and Engagement Strategy, enabling and providing oversight for direct and aligned teams to execute the brand outreach, engagement and all external communications.

- Mentor team on branding concepts and execution of same by training and guiding teams on tone, purpose and personality of the brand.

- Develop, draft, and validate resonant and relevant creative concepts that help position brand and deliver success on campaigns and fund raising actions.

- Identify strategic opportunities to drive incremental awareness, engagement and action collectively for the campaigns and fundraising agenda.

- Guide the development of powerful external communication assets/tools as required.

- Drive brand and organizational communication agenda via digital know how and assets suitable to evolving digital landscape.

- Support and inspire team to ensure that social media and other digital communication assets are continuously growing, social content is forward-thinking, engaging, responsive and furthers brand vision.

Experience :

- At least 15 years of developing creative and innovative marketing strategies that heavily leverage online mediums/channels in facilitating effective brand marketing programs and messages.

- Experience in brand management, advertising, brand planning, or consumer insights with a focus on creative execution.

- Experience in demand generation marketing tactics and strategies in addition to having experience in digital marketing.
