About the company :
A new age well-funded Edutainment startup which develops innovative educational toys to build core skills in children is looking for a performance marketing expert to lead the performance marketing function and drive their online sales targets.
Responsibilities :
- Develop & implement marketing communications/brand strategy for the brand
- Create, Ideate, and develop the entire brand strategy & communication
- Plan and execute digital marketing and content strategy, including social media campaigns, website content, community building initiatives, outreach programs, display advertising campaigns etc.
- Generate online behavioural insights and turn them into action plans to improve customer engagement.
- Drive brand partnerships
- Ensure brand message is strong and consistent across all channels and marketing efforts (like events, email campaigns, social, outdoor and promotional activities)
Required Experience :
- Should have 8-12 years of experience in digital marketing (should have understanding of the entire gamut of digital marketing activities)
- Experience working with a consumer start up / new age digital B2C brand is a must
- MBA / PG in marketing is preferred
- Strong analytical bent of mind; experience in leading and managing social media, influencer and display advertising campaigns, content marketing
- Be up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing and effectiveness
