Head of Brand & Content
- Keep the website communication in tune with the positioning
- Understand, assist and develop incisive content (articles, ebooks, videos). Drive thought leadership content
- Build a portfolio of SEO led content to enable and drive business
- Improve the website and lead funnel with CRO (Conversion Rate Optimisation) processes
- Experiment and run A/B tests to measure the impact and relevance of the communication.
- Improve conversion % on website by optimising at webpage level
- Strategize and execute PR plan for the brand on a global stage
- Work closely with the designers and developers to roll out webpages and campaigns
- Develop lightweight, repeatable processes, workflows for website, mailer and content that keep the team moving fast and iterating quickly
- Build the core brand thought along with key stakeholders to position Codingal as a leading coding provider
- Responsible for enhancing the brand presence and brand salience
- Responsible for designing and developing all marketing collaterals for online and offline campaigns
- Ensure all marketing communications are in line with the business & brand guidelines
- Measure and report the success of the brand campaigns and content supported by relevant metrics
