Head - Brand & Communications - BFSI (10-15 yrs)
- Managing brand & communication and increase visibility for organization business.
- Manage and strengthen Brand (through ATL & BTL)
- Awareness of the Organization based on the company's vision, key strengths and business strategy. Build a preference for the company's offerings.
- Creating and implementing successful branding and marketing initiatives. Planning initiatives to improve.
- Design and implement mass media campaigns using traditional and new media.
- Managing and strengthening Brand through effective internal and external communications.
- Manage endorsements and linked activities.
- Create and implement product positioning and associated marketing collaterals for all products.
- Plan and execute PR programs, use PR and effective media relations to increase brand.
- Manage all communication to Media on key announcements and launches.
- Design and co-ordinate media campaigns, advertising and all kind of PR visibility on mass media (print, outdoor & television), digital, online and social media.
- Development and delivery of internal communications strategy to provide timely communications to all levels of the organisation.
- Post Graduate with minimum 10+ years of experience in Brand Marketing, Corporate Communications, Social Media, ATL & BTL campaigns from BFSI / Ad Agency (handling BFSI segment).
- Experience in developing & executing brand campaigns.
