Our client is one of the leading Life Insurance Companies in India.

Job Description

- Manage Branch Operations and Central Operations PAN India

- Manage a team of 6-8 direct reportees & a team strength of 200 overall

- Operations Management : Ensure smooth administration of new business and service requests

- Achieve KPIs w.r.t. TAT, efficency, customer NPS at every stage

- Collaborate and provide solutions to Sales & Distribution partners

- Visit Customers and Partners to understand feedback and drive improvement

- Manage Audit and adhere to regulatory norms

- People management and motivate people to achieve organisational goals

Experience & Education : 

- 15 years plus experience in Financial Services (preferably Life Insurance) across domains like Branch Operations, underwriting, claims, distribution, on-boarding etc

- Operations management expertise in a PAN India leadership role for at least last 5 years

- Six Sigma and Quality Qualification (preferred)
