Head - BPO Business/IT BPM Services

1. Should have 15+ years of Industry experience and should be working in a Tier 1 Indian/Global firm in similar capacity for at least 3 years

2. Should be comfortable in the entire IT-BPM Services spectrum including but not limited to Infrastructure Management, Application Management, ERP Implementations, Business Process Management, Total IT Outsourcing and Business outcome deals

3. Should have established and managed BPM Technology Partnerships in the past

4. Should have strong BPM presales and solutioning experience and exposed to extensive sales and CXO level client interactions

5. Should have hands on experience of innovative outcome based costing and pricing models for BPM services

6. Should have very good exposure to the Indian and Global BPM industry trends, key players and market potential

7. Should also possess a curiosity for exploring opportunities for integrating IT and BPM capabilities to create differentiated solutions

8. Should have handled a diverse team of solution architects, functional specialists and process consultants

9. Should not have any travel constraints
