Responsibilities : - RFI/RFQ preparation for various Battery Partners/Suppliers and their technical & commercial evaluation - End to end development (Design, engineering & validation) of battery & BMS for EV - Understanding of pSpiceTool, OpAmps, AC/DC Converter, LDOs, power architecture - Understanding of Simulink and Simscape, HIL - Knows PCB design, can do component selection - Understanding of embedded C, C++, driver level development, power management strategy in embedded engineering, basic power electronics - Understanding of C, C++, communication protocols-TCP-IP, CAMBUS, SMBUS, I2C, SPI, UART, LIM - Understanding of C, C++; able to write managed code (as per Autostar guidelines), all communication protocols, power management strategy - EMIEMC1Certification- (sufficient for 2W and 3W) - Knowledge of editing C, C++ codes (doesn't need to know programming) - Good in soldering, reworking PCB, debugging hardware issues due to new code, very familiar with oscilloscopes &basic electrical instruments (e.g. multimeter, thermal camera) LabVIEW knowledge is a plus
