- BOQ & Tender document Development.

- Space planning for healthcare/hospital facilities.

- Lead the Audit for JCI, NABH & ISO accreditation.

- Vendor development, management & coordination.

- Technical & clinical training expertise.

- Manpower planning, personnel selection, job Analysis, work allocation, shift management mentoring and development of training program.

- Strategizing and implementation of project plans within pre-set budgets and deadlines.
