Our client is a leading and fast growing BIM services provider to the Global Industry. The services range portfolio includes 3D BIM Modeling, MEP & Structural Design, Load Calculations, Rendered Presentation Walk-through, 4D Phasing, 5D Cost management, 6D Sustainability analysis, 7D Facility Management, Clash coordination by constructability review, Providing shop, sleeve, spool, blockout drawings & BOQ, As-Built updations, Point cloud to BIM. Our client provides end to end services on all trades, architecture, structure, concrete, mechanical, electrical, plumbing and fire protection as per the requirements with quick turn around time.

Role Scope & Requirement:

Looking for Leaders from relevant industry and background with entrepreneurial mindset keen to engage as partners and enable the next phase of growth of the BIM business.

Seek to engage with leaders who come with global exposure and can drive sales and delivery of the various BIM services through direct sales, partnerships and alliances.

Individuals with the core responsibility of Sales and Delivery in positions of P&L ownership will be relevant for the role.

Key responsibilities would encompass :

Lead business strategy conceptualization and execution and enable exponential revenue growth and enable organisational transformation as a preferred partner/ service provider in the domestic and global landscape.

Key responsibilities would include :

Responsible for P&L, Sales, Marketing Research and Development, Software integration for Service Delivery, Financial, Risk and Human Resource Management.

Define the sales strategy to build a strong pipeline of clients. Prospect and develop new clients/markets by selling complex integrated solutions into CXO and Key leadership positions.

Involved in the complete sales cycle, with generally long conversion times, from lead generation to deal closure, including pre-sales and facilitation of project delivery through collections

Lead the Marketing strategy and relevant budgets for effective communication strategies.

Adept at creating and managing relationships globally.

Lead a global team of professionals across functions and build a cohesive unit by effective human resource interventions.

Leading the effort in developing specialized VD&C and BIM services for the industry.

BIM Strategic Implementation and Management, Integrating various teams, Methodical and logical approach, Thorough understanding of digital tools in construction, Effective Leadership

Enable a significant step forward in commercial, programme, quality, environmental and health & safety performance.

Experience in civil & structural design, detailing, design management, construction, systems / information management, general management, BIM & Digital Engineering

Manage global business development and accounts management for the company, also responsible for developing and leading the company into new and strategic lines of business.

Manage strategic business planning, P&L and operation management for the business.

Digital Transformation of the AEC

Advising on BIM adoption, with focus on the Process transformation, Implementing BIM Delivery, Mobilising teams to deliver to the BIM goals

Digital Platform implementation: CRM, KM, ERP

International Business Delivery: In-depth knowledge of countries: political risks, investment climates, consumer behaviours, business cultures. Experience of executing in Vietnam, India, Malaysia, Singapore, Middle East, Europe, USA, Africa, Middle East etc, Strong experience of intra dynamics, economic balances, and opportunities for business growth

Digital Innovation (Business Model and Technology); Experience in creating value through Business Model innovation in Service and Internet spaces

Sales/Marketing; Formulate the marketing strategy, architect agile tools and processes, design solutions and scalable proof of concepts

Interface with the internal and customer facing marketing groups to create synergies

Drive Marketing thinking in the entire AEC/VDC/BIM Industry

Drive the entire offline and online communication agenda

Monitor and evaluate marketing results through deep analytics and matrix.

Strategy and concept design, branding, promotion/perception management, communication and analytics.

Strategic approach, Analytical Thinking and Decisive Judgment: you analyze issues and problems systematically, gather broad and balanced input, draw sound conclusions, design strategic direction and translate conclusions into timely decisions and actions.

IDEAL CANDIDATE

- A minimum of fifteen to twenty years of experience, preferably in BIM/AEC/VDC industry.

- Holds a Bachelor degree or equivalent. A business or marketing postgraduate qualification such as an MBA or CIM Diploma from an institute of repute

- Strong Leadership Skills

- Good interpersonal, and team building skills

Key Result Areas:

- Responsible for overall P&L of the business line

- Identify market opportunities, gaps and threats

- Contribute to creation of market facing materials and collateral

- Works through BD to ensure market awareness of product and BIM Services.

- Responsible for ensuring winning proposals

- Responsible for putting in place clear expectations of Price and Commercials and also achieving sales and profit objectives

- As an owner of the product he/she is required to achieve in the long term as well as short term

- Revenue Objectives;

- Profit Objectives

- Market Share Objectives.
