Develop fine-grain customer segmentation based on behavioural, transnational, social and other data analysis
- Develop a road map for Consumer Retention & Churn Management in order to achieve retention KPIs
- Use data trends to recommend strategies for customer acquisition and retention
- Analyse text-based data like email content and social media updates to glean user and customer sentiment.
- Suggest targeted products, services and action items to users based on analysis of past buying behaviour and other data.
- Forecast demand for products and services to ensure we are ahead of the curve
- Identify and work with the right kind of analytics firms to drive the best analysis for the business
Skills : Proven experience of working on large, complex, multi-dimensional data set using a variety of programming tools such as R, Python, SQL. Experience in Big Data technologies is a big plus.
- Experience in using data visualization tools like Tableau, Omniture/Mixed Panel
- Familiar with digital campaign management and reporting tools
- Strong knowledge of digital media, current international trends in media consumption, marketing opportunities
12+ years of professional experience in Business Intelligence/Data Analytics/Modelling in a consumer driven digital company
