- Engage, coordinate within the Bid Team (Sales, practices, COEs, Delivery, pre-sales etc.) to help produce deliverables according to clients expectations, within time critical schedules.  - Act as the initial escalation point for Bid-team issues. Formal progress / status reports published to Bid Team & Leadership team.  - Interface with other Proposal Support roles (i.e., Technical / Domain Specialists, Proposal Writers, and Practices) and other internal sources to help build / populate the proposal documents.  - Prepare approach papers on specific problem statement  - Responsible for leading the response to Techno Commercial Proposals (RFPs).  - Create Whitepaper/Brochures with help from Practice leaders, consulting teams.  - Involved in customer assessments, portfolio analysis of technology landscape, defining problem statements.  - Build POC through help of technology, domain, process SMEs.  - Do intensive customer research; create Info Pack for help of sales teams.  - Account planning with help of Sales, account teams, External Partner Mgmt. / Onboarding.  - Create Continuous Improvement framework for the team.  - Reporting to stakeholders, account & sales teams.  - Account/Client Analytics (Forecasting, Billing)  - Program management of Client Visits.  - Contract Management - SOW / MSA creation, negotiation and delivery.  - Manage a team of resources inclusive of managers, associates.  - Take the time to understand how things are working out for them and the challenges they face.  - Drive change management, process improvement initiatives.
