Head - BD - Retail/FMCG/Auto

One of our clients is looking for Head- Business Development. The brief JD is given below. The person should have handled Management & promotion of brands, services & products and in conducting sales promotion events, Direct selling & Services selling.

Job Description

- Responsible for Generating new business

a. Institutional segment

b. Retail Segment

- P&L ownership for all revenue streams

- Responsible for developing Various categories / concepts to enhance the sales

- Achieving volume and Revenue targets

- Ensure timely launch of a new service categry

- Defining, Designing and implementing Customer Retention strategy, Channel strategy and Sales Strategy and various promotional campaigns

Educational qualification and Work Experience

- Graduates in any discipline

- MBA / Engineer will be preferred

- 12-15 years of experience

- Preferable industry background: Retail , FMCG’s , DTH , Auto. Mfrs. 2 whlr./ 4 whlr . sales / service , Telecom
