Head - Banking Applications - NBFC

Experience: Preferably 15 + yrs of experience in Banking application and Strategy domain

Skills and Competencies:

1. Strong Proven ability to leverage technology to drive business change.

2. Strong knowledge of Banking applications (Loans/Disbursements/Lending/customer experience) and IT infrastructure including cloud computing.

3. Strong Leadership and Project Management Skills.

4. Change Management; Stakeholder management; Partner ecosystem

5. Ability to understand and implement risk based controls.

6. Own and manage budgets/audits

7. Lead all technology applications including creation of a strategic blueprint to deliver a reliable, flexible and modern platform for business agility.

8. Develop a talented and high-performing technology leadership team.

9.Create a robust ecosystem of technology partners to both support and enhance the capabilities of the in-house talent and capabilities.

10. Build strong partnership with business stakeholders to ensure that the technology platforms deliver business value.

11. Lead significant technology platforms covering application design, build and maintenance.
