Head - Banking Alliances & Partnerships
We are looking for a seasoned professional to join our team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to lead strategic partnerships and drive business growth in a dynamic fintech industry.
Responsibilities:
- Manage existing relationships with banks while also onboarding new Banking/NBFC relationships.
- Build strong lending tie-ups with banks/NBFCs/Ecosystem players
- Ensure higher levels of engagement with banks for 'Sell with,' 'Sell to,' and 'Sell through' strategies.
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop and execute effective alliance strategies.
- Represent the company in meetings and negotiations with banking partners.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify potential partnership opportunities.
Requirements:
- Proven track record in banking alliance management, preferably in the Fintech industry.
- Strong connections with senior decision makers in banks.
- Experience in building and maintaining relationships with diverse stakeholders.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Experience: 10-12 years total work experience with a minimum of 4 years proven experience in banking alliance for Fintech or in banks predominantly dealing with Fintech
- Located in Delhi or willing to relocate.
- Internal Interfaces: - Multiple Team
- External Interfaces: - ERP, Resellers and Marketplace
