Head - Bancassurance - BFSI

- Looking for a seasoned professional from banks with core expertise in handling Bancassurance/Third-party product channels.

- 12+ years experience and currently drawing around 50-60 lacs is an ideal candidate. Prefer a fast growth professional under 36 y/o.

The role is responsible for :

- Acquisition of banks as New partners

- Strategy and top line of the channel through all Banca partners

- Growing the Banca channel

- Manage and develop the team nationally

- Handle the day to day ops of the channel, and business growth from existing partners

Must have :

- Proven track record of third party by acquiring channels

- Core expertise in Banca channel at a leadership position

- Multiple geography experience

- Having managed and developed large teams

- Strong leadership qualities

- Excellent team management skills

- Excellent Communication skills

- Proven business acumen
