Job Purpose
The role incumbent will be responsible for running the backend processing of all customer loan interactions.
Role
- Set up and manage end to end central operations for all asset products.
- Document Management (Scan, Store, Retrieve, Maintain),
- Cash & Payments Management (Reconcilation, Banking relationships, New payment methods)
- Loan Management System Maintenance,
- Loan servicing & closure operations - refund, cancellation, waivers, customer communication etc.
- Set up end to end central operations process in collaboration with other functions like sales, credit, customer service collections, finance
- Ensure process & people efficiencies of highest standards enhancing the customer experience
Qualification & experience
- Years of experience - 10-15
- Mandatory Qualification - preferably MBA
- Good to have, not mandatory - NBFC, BFSI or financial process companies
