Job Title: Head Tele Sales : : Span over 250 in-house going to 400.
Location: Delhi NCR
Key areas of responsibility & requirement:
- Own and manage Outbound sales process within Business relationships aimed at delivering on Revenue and volume across various outbound channels.
- Execute campaigns effectively across multiple product lines primarily through Voice Outbound channels.
- Strong on analytics, managing productivity matrix, P&L. Effectively manage Outbound Sales Management across multiple sites across various cities.
- Strategize and successfully execute Sales plans, effectively manage R&R allocations, Data efficiency, Dialler strategies through a team.
- Strategize and implement new product launches across existing partnerships.
- Manage a challenging and engaged team
- Support the development of BeatO by involvement in, input and ownership of specific work programmes essential to delivery of the operation
