Looking for Head Sales for Southern Region for a leading manufacturing company

Location : Chennai

Experience : 14+ yrs of experience in B2C segment of any Auto Spare parts/Auto Ancillary, Paints, Tyres, Automobile Lubricant companies.

Qualification : BE & MBA

Desired Profile :

- Current working with Auto Spare parts/Auto Ancillary, Paints, Tyres, Automobile Lubricant companies.

- Should have experience in handling dealers & distributors in B2C segment in assigned region.

- Familiar with local language

KRA's :

- Formulate business plan and roll out sales strategies to improve its market share and enhance revenues for the region

- Overall responsibility for streamlining, optimal utilization of resources, and achieving sales and profit targets
