6. Constantly monitor and track competitor activities and be proactive
7. Ensure that all commercial B2C activities are managed according to business principles and operating guidelines.
Job requirements :
- Minimum 9 -12 years of commercial/retail experience in B to C sales including Marketing and Sales in a consumer good environment or high-end luxury brand segment
- With a minimum 3 years- experience in leading and managing retail sales team across multiple locations
- Key Account Management experience is essential with proven leadership skills
- Strong commercial acumen combined with Planning, Organizing and Controlling
- Analytical and decision making
- Excellent Presentation and Communication skills
- Entrepreneurial and self-starter
