Looking for a Dynamic candidate for Head Inbound Tours,
Should have 10 to 15 yrs of experience.
Responsibilities :
- Develop the IBT division and optimize IBT revenues
- Develop, present & implement approved IBT business plans
- Generate profitable turnover within cost parameters
- Develop B2C & B2B markets for IBT
- Create / drive new product initiatives/ sales
- Spearhead tieups with Hotels, ground handlers, corporate clients
- Negotiate with Hotels, airlines & other service providers to ensure optimal rates / services for IBT clients
- Highly result-oriented individual possessing business acumen
- Capability to develop & drive aggressive sales strategies
- Must be strong on all aspects of IBT ops / services
- Min. 10 years IBT experience with consistent performance record
- Must have headed Inbound Co. min. 5 years
- Must be widely travelled India / overseas on IBT business
- Product/vendor/hotel contacts/knowledge pan-India destinations
- Independent expertise in tour costing pan-India
- Product/vendor contacts in USA/Canada/Europe/UK/FE markets
- Expertise in B2C, B2B, adventure/pilgrim tours & fixed departures
