Roles & Responsibilities :
- To plan and execute particular market measures and activities in order to accomplish the year's targeted volume through a powerful sales and distribution infrastructure in place to service the market and develop market leadership for our products.
- Contribute to the creation of regional sales, marketing, customer retention, advertising, pricing, and distribution strategies in order to meet monthly and yearly sales and collection goals.
- Identifying product trends and developing new practices/products in order to improve portfolio.
- This job is responsible for overseeing and coordinating the work of the assigned business unit. Is concerned with the execution of policies and strategies.
Oversee a business development team that assesses, analyses, and develops growth plans for the company. Oversees the progress of critical projects and is responsible for the effective completion of commercial transactions. Make suggestions to top management and direct the development and production of business proposals. Letters of intent, memorandums of understanding, contracts, and acquisition agreements are all things that need to be negotiated.
- Handle external stakeholders, such as industry lobbyists, in terms of controlling and influencing advantages that can benefit the firm.
