We are in the process of hiring for a leading NBFC/ Fintech firm, for the role of B2B Head - Sales; to be based out of Gurgaon.
Work experience required : 5-8 Years in a similar field or across FMCG companies like HUL, ITC, P&G etc. or in Fintech companies.
- Incumbent should be a self starter and on board SME's, in order to assist them with their lending requirements.
- Be a leader by all standards - recruit, train and upskill your team and scale it PAN India, with support from the senior leadership.
- Responsible for sustaining and growing the revenues with P&L responsibilities across the Sale division for NBFC line of business.
- Think out of the box, and run various attractive schemes for SME's & MSME's & affiliate networks, to onboard them on the lending platform.
- Work very closely with the Credit & Risk teams, to assign limits and manage conducive relationships.
- Communicating effectively, engage and educate SME's & MSME's, with regard to the benefits of seeking funds from the company.
- Responsible for recruiting, training and performance management of the sales team
We are looking for:
- 5+ years of work experience in the relevant field
- Prior sales experience & team management experience compulsory
- Post-graduation from a Tier 1/2 college
- Looking for hands-on leader who is willing to get her hands dirty, right from directly interacting with SME's/ MSME's while on field visits, to hiring and upscaling the team.
- Strong team handling skills - experience in handling a large multi-tiered team
- Detail orientation and good data analytics skills is a must
