Head - B2B Sales - Logistics/Trucking/Transportation (15-30 yrs)
Job Responsibilities :
1. Acquire new clients for express/transportation business
2. Strong Proven Experience as P/L Head or similar leadership role in express cargo company
3. In-depth knowledge of Full truck load & Part Truck load movements, Express business.
4. Ensure good service levels are followed and TAT are adhered
5. Maintaining relations with Key accounts and generating more revenues
6. Gather business Intelligence and implement best practices in the industry
7. Layout the B2B Sales roadmap and put a long-term strategy in place for the company
8. Problem-solving aptitude, Proactive problem solver & attention to details
9. Hiring, Mentoring & monitoring high-performing sales team across India.
10. Take the initiative in thought leadership, innovation, and creativity
1. 15+ experience in core transportation, PTL / FTL industry
2. 5+ Min Strategic Leadership Role in scaling B2B business with a proven track record.
3. 5+ Min Reporting to CXO Level
