Designation : Head B2B (Sales)

Location : Gurgaon

Scope : Pan India

Qualifications : Post graduation (Pref Tier 1 institute)

Role and Responsibilities :

- Conceptualize and own the execution of B2B sales strategy

- Own end-to-end business development/sales funnel and be responsible for achieving revenue targets as set by the organization

- Establish and manage high performing sales teams and organize them as a cohesive & structured team to pursue a range of business opportunities over the short and long term goals.

- Provide support for all sales team and ensure compliance to all deadlines and provide upgrade to all systems as per requirement

- Manage relationships with existing customers and build relations with new customers for a long term association

- Identifies business opportunities by identifying prospective areas for business and venture into new territories

- Coordinate with all clients and provide them real time support.

- Understand and influence product positioning and pricing of all company products

- Lead talent management initiatives including, retaining and developing high performing employees and ensure an attractive incentive schemes are launched to motivate team members for overall goal achievement

- Establish key performance metrics and measurements for the predictable delivery of B2B network growth

- Regularly conduct market research (analyze competitors, product placements and the efficiency of sales strategies so as to bring new initiatives and policies for gaining higher traction)

- Brainstorm new and creative revenue growth strategies and partnership opportunities.

- To follow up leads by connecting prospective clients regularly

- Expand the company's product reach and profit revenues by identifying new markets and attracting new clients

- Educate, lead and supervise members of the regional business development teams to ensure smooth operations and effective target achievement at all locations

- Build and maintain long-term relationships with internal and external stakeholders

- Share a detailed report on progress to senior management

- Ensure smooth Inter-department coordination

- Provide assistance with implementing suggested plans and strategies with the key stakeholders

Job Specification & Qualification :

- A Graduate/ Post Graduate with 7+ years of relevant experience and proven track record in B2B Sales

- Demonstrated experience as a seasoned sales leader who has worked with and/or managed large & diverse teams

- A self- starter who has demonstrated the ability to maintain a high level of enthusiasm and motivation

- An individual with the ability to thrive in a high-energy, fast-paced environment

- Strong at relationship building and analytical skills

- Design and develop strategic development and business plans

- Oversee and execute new strategy progress and development

- Have Sales acumen and achieve the defined targets

- Healthcare industry background will be an additional advantage

- Ability to work with moderate supervision, strong attention to detail, good verbal and written skills, positive attitude, ability to work well with others.
