Location - Mumbai
Experience: Signage Business/ LED Commercial Display/ Large Display Formats/ Business Solution/ Visual Display
Job Responsibilities :
- Form & achieve sales targets, Expand customer base, Build lasting relationships & Build self-motivated team.
- Form & achieve sales target and Own strategies to achieve overall targets.
- Expand customer base: Widen customer engagement, utilize existing resources to generate leads & ensure customer needs are met.
- Build lasting relationships: Strengthen existing customer base, interact regularly to gain advantage from market trends.
- Build self-motivated team: Build a sales team that is self-motivated and hence works towards the overall goals of the organization.
- Cross-functional collaboration
- Coordinate with Supply chain & Product dev. team to ensure mapping of the supply with the market - requirement.
- Coordinate with finance & product teams.
- Interact with marketing team to enable right communication.
- Handling team of 90 people.
