Role Description:
- Lead the targets , lead the team of Zonal heads, regional heads and sales associates towards attaining that goal, track and report key performance indicator data for your team
- Roll out new sales initiatives, targeted pitches, and modified sales approach depending on the nature of business you are approaching
- Implement the required sales training processes for your sales associates, preparing them for their responsibilities most effectively and efficiently possible
- Deliver pitches to key clients, and other key accounts in your zone yourself
- Being abreast about the latest developments in the space and implementing strategic/tactical plans if the need arises.
- Responsible to map the market on product/competition, and the onboarding of customers when they enter the company.
Requirements:
- 10 years of experience in direct sales of SaaS/ tech products/ services to SMB, have managed a blend of Field Sales and Inside sales
- Have led a team of sales for more than 6+ years. Have managed a team of 200+ folks
- Possess the ability to work with aggressive targets and think of out-of-the-box solutions when in a deadlock.
- Are very hands-on and believe in getting things done
- Have the capability to build and maintain solid and lasting business relationships with colleagues and clients alike
