Head TA - for a large BFSI company  This role would be expected to put together a strategy to consolidate all Hiring Centrally, and put sharp process's around the management and delivery of the systems/ organization to meet the people needs for the organization.  The incumbent should have clear expertise in managing large numbers, across multiple geographical locations  Responsible for :  - Corporate Hiring, National hiring across level(Pan India), Reporting & MIS  - Overall Deliveries in Staffing function  - Partner with HR Business Partners on Staffing processes   - Ensure the recruitment process is being efficiently and effectively managed, both from a cost as well as a qualitative perspective  - Excellent Inter-personal skills for effective stake-holder management & building credibility   - Lead Talent Pipeline development and building in-house recruitment capabilities  - Referral Programs/ Consultant contests: Effectively managing employee and vendor engagement to directly impact cost/ TAT of hiring  - Further building Employer Brand & creating brand attractiveness through focussed social media initiatives  Measures of Success  - On Time, Right Hires for all roles  - Hiring cost optimization/ Source Mix adherence  - Success in internal mobility  - Success in referral programs  - Success in consultant contests  - Process implementation  - Minimization of offer drops/ early exits  - Minimization of Audit observations  Desired qualification and experience  - Must be a Post Graduate in HR   - Working experience in a reputed national or international company for around 11-14 years, Must have worked in a matrix environment, with focus on having implemented/ used Automated processes for hiring.  - Proven track record of conceptualising and implementing talent acquisition initiatives  - Team Player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills who can function effectively at all levels of an organization
