Head/AVP/VP - Investor Relations

Responsibilities:

- Develop investor confidence and belief in the company's vision and strategy for delivering shareholder value

- Create and manage a strong reputation by demonstrating consistent and clear communication between internal and external parties

- Develop a proactive investor relations strategy and narrative, ensuring that the company's business strategy and progress are understood by the analyst and investor community.

- Assist with presentations for investor, corporate communications and marketing initiatives, customer events and investor conferences, road shows and other activities. -

- Maintain current investor presentations to ensure they are informative and accurate, and relevant to the current environment -

- Work with legal counsel to ensure compliance on regulatory matters

- Develop policies, procedures, strategies and budgets to support the communications infrastructure.

- Establish the optimum type and mix of shareholders, and create that mix through a variety of targeting initiatives. Manage equity research and investor relationships

- Identify networking and other opportunities for investors for the purpose of creating new initiatives. -

- Maintain an investor relations section on the company website to include information such as stock prices, recent financial reports and press releases.

- Direct crisis management by minimizing threats to the company and its shareholders.

- Have deep experience leading nationally recognized investor relations functions in a company of significant scale.

Desired qualification:

- Undergraduate degree required. MBA or other advanced graduate degree strongly preferred -

- 5-8 years of experience of in-house corporate investor relations, finance, competitive intelligence, strategy, or similar positions for a publicly traded company or investment banking or equity research

- Life Insurance experience is must
